Mabel Pantaleon

Mabel Pantaleon is a metaphysical teacher, writer, and mental health advocate whose work bridges the worlds of spiritual awakening and mental health. Born and raised in Manhattan with Dominican roots, Mabel brings a powerful voice to the lived experience of bipolar disorder—one grounded in healing, transformation, and deep metaphysical insight.

Her debut book, My Diagnosis Is My Greatest Gift and My Greatest Teacher: A Personal Guide to Thrive with Bipolar Disorder, is a spiritual memoir that chronicles her journey through mania, hospitalization, and the reclamation of her power. Drawing from teachings like Abraham Hicks and the Seth Material, Mabel guides readers toward emotional mastery, soul alignment, and a deeper understanding of their own inner wisdom.

As a metaphysical teacher, she is devoted to helping others awaken to the sacredness of their challenges and live consciously, creatively, and authentically.

About My Nonprofit

As the founder of Echoes of the Divine, I hold sacred space for individuals navigating mental health challenges—especially those taking prescribed psychiatric medication—while also seeking spiritual awakening and personal transformation.

Our nonprofit is dedicated to bridging the gap between science and soul, offering education, support circles, and metaphysical tools to empower healing journeys. We believe that mental illness does not define you—it initiates you. Through compassion, community, and consciousness, we help people remember who they truly are: whole, worthy, and divine.
